I really like that these are iron-free. My body doesn't tolerate iron in multivitamin supplements very well. If needed, I prefer iron as a separate supplement.The quality of these ingredients is good!The main negative for me is I wish this manufacture would package these in higher quantities and charge the same as they do for the women's multi WITH iron (and the same as the men's multi). Why is the iron-free so much more expensive?

I have a very hard time finding multi-vitamin pills that don't have iron. Also, most pills/capsules are huge and I have difficulty swallowing them. These capsules slide down my throat and love that they are all natural. You also cannot beat the price for two months! Second time ordering and will continue to do so.

Great Value and Great Product for me.

These have everything (almost) that a woman in her late 40's or 50's needs. I did not rate the flavor because they are not to be tasted but just swallowed and there really is no flavor at all. I did supplement with Iron, Calcium, and magnesium as it does not have enough for what the daily recommended amount is. Of course, if you are eating very healthy and getting your full variety of foods then you probably don't need vitamins but if not, then it greatly helps. These vitamins are probably the best bang for your buck compared to others especially if you don't want to break the bank.

I like them because they have a good amount of each vitamin, and just a bit of iron which I find works well for me. They also stink a bit, so I figure they must be good! 😄
