Great product and easy to swallow

These vitamins are amazing quality for the price. I've tried so many including expensive monthly brands like Ritual. None have worked like these. All other expensive vegan brand have hurt my stomach, and usually require taking multiple pills. These are great at only having to take one a day, and no digestive issues. It took a few weeks of taking them daily to notice a difference in how I was feeling, but gradually I just started feeling MUCH BETTER. I have more energy throughout the day , brighter and smoother skin, and my hair has been growing really fast. I stopped taking them briefly and really noticed the difference. I started feeling sluggish and just not good.

I like these vitamins because they are easy to swallow, and the fact that they are not a hard capsule makes them easier to absorb into the system. I was tired of taking vitamins and having them all leave my body in my urine. Not doing much good for you that way. This was really a good choice for me.
